IP Survey 2013

Dear Sec 4s,

You will be given time to complete the IP & ICT surveys over three days this week during morning assembly in the classrooms from 0745 to 0805.

Each student will be required to complete the IP survey for four academic subjects over two days (2 & 3 Oct). All students will complete the ICT survey on 4 Oct Fri. In addition, there will be a hardcopy survey for Applied Subjects (AS) which will be given on Thurs/Fri. 

The allocation is as follows:
*Student will do the survey for the subject he/she is taking.

For instance, students from S4-01 with register numbers 1, 3, 5, 9 (and so on…) will do the IP survey for Social Studies & Mother Tongue on Day 1. On Day 2, they will do the IP Survey for Bio OR Phy, Geog OR Hist (whichever subject they are taking).

Update(as of 11pm on 6 Oct): the following students have not completed the survey for the subjects assigned to you. We want to hear from you! Please do so ASAP before 11 Oct Fri 2359H. Thank you. 
We would also like to commend all students from S4-07 for completing the IP survey :)
